In 2017, Area 23 made history as the first agency to be recognized as Agency of the Year by FIVE of the industry’s top creative awards shows—Cannes Lions Health, Med Ad News, MM&M, The Global Awards, and Clio Health. Notably, Med Ad News also named Area 23 the Most Creative Agency and Most Admired Agency—the first time that any agency, along with the Agency of the Year honor, was able to win the show's top three awards at once.
